A full day of exploring ways to ground, deflect, empower your energy fields and pinpoint why your tendency is to hide, freeze, have anger in chaos energy. To learn to see the "bigger picture", and keep your eye on the target to have razor focus on creating your relaxed reality in any situation.
We will be breaking patterns, finding ways for each of you to be empowered.
