This month you will experience the Harvest Moon's energy and work with ancient tradition of the Masai tribe. Experience the Annual "Youthing Ritual" under the full moon's light. With movement, intention, and tapping into energies of the Universe, we will "turn back the hands of time" bringing our energies into the past. Each year, we turn back the clock of time, and gain 2 years to our life force. I have been practicing this youthing ritual for over 15 years now, I am turning 58 TODAY Oct 1. Most people think I am still in my 30s ;) I attribute this to the power of the cosmos, group work, and my commitment to practice this fun tradition each year, I never miss it. Bring layers of clothes, a blanket/yoga matt for the ground, water bottle, notepad and pen.This year our session will be shorter due to covid but I wanted to bring this powerful work to those who need the community and youthing who do not want to miss this annual event only done at the Harvest Moon time.
